Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, utilizing a combination of traditional and digital tactics. Collaborate closely with the Marketing HQ team in Paris to understand global marketing initiatives and effectively deploy them at the local level, ensuring alignment with regional goals and market dynamics Create and implement a GTM by the company's focus industry, with sales plays for each focus segment (for example: Health, Agro, Manufacturing, CPG, Insurance, among others). Generation and Conversion: Develop effective lead generation programs to increase the potential customer base and ensure solid conversion by continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of campaigns. Management: Protecting and promoting brand identity by ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and developing initiatives to strengthen brand perception in the market. Marketing: Overseeing the company's digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other online initiatives, ensuring an integrated and coherent approach. Leadership: Guide, train, and develop a talented marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence. and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives through data analysis and relevant metrics, generating regular reports to assess ROI and inform future strategic decisions. Partnerships: Collaborate with other teams within the company, especially the sales area and technical project team (delivery), to ensure an integrated approach to business growth. Qualifications That Matter Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 5 years' experience in marketing and communications, preferably in consultancy or technology track record of successful marketing strategies understanding of digital marketing tactics written and verbal communication skills in managing PR initiatives analytical and creative thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Spanish will be a plus.
