Master Data Latam Intern

Master data management is a set of processes that transform data into information for strategic decision making in the company. Our main objective is to manage the organization's Master Data, promoting processes such as: data collection and maintenance, information consolidation, management reports and quality management. In addition to contact and support with several areas such as: Finance, supply chain, procurement, transport, project, IT. Area differential: has contact with the company's different businesses: Service, Construction and Factory.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in the management and control of registration data (materials, customers and suppliers)
• Assistance manage reports;
• Operation data support
• Data extensions
• Support improve adherence to metrics dashboards usage
• Support training and create guidelines related to the organization
• Support on the digital transformation
• Support critical projects when needed

Qualification:

• Graduate student on IT or correlated areas (engineering, administration)
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI will be a differential

Competences:

• Good communication and self-planning skills
• Ability to work accordingly to procedures, deadlines and timelines
• Willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
• Proactiveness, resilience and adaptability to changes in work procedures and new projects
