O que você vai fazer- Otimizar a compra de anúncios nos marketplaces.
- Construir, gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamentos com nossos clientes com foco na geração dereceita e negócios de longo prazo.
- Gerenciar as principais métricas que alimentam os objetivos da equipe em relação à retenção, crescimento e defesa de marca.
- Apresentar de forma articulada análises perspicazes e baseadas em dados do desempenho da campanha de nossos clientes durante análises de contas e sessões de planejamento estratégico
- Trabalhar e colaborar com diversos grupos de equipes internas multifuncionais, como equipes de produto, comercial, marketing e engenharia para criar soluções escaláveis.
- 3 anos de experiência anterior trabalhando em marketplaces, empresa de marketing/publicidade.
- Experiência comprovada de gestão de orçamento de mídia
- Experiência em gerenciamento e atendimento de grandes contas
- Desejável conhecimento de “retail media” incluindo produtos, marcas patrocinadas e DSP
- Perfil analítico; você utiliza dados em todas as suas tomadas de decisão
- Incríveis habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Especialista em construir relacionamentos com clientes e partes interessadas
- Inglês avançado

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
