- Fluent English
- Proven experience in digital marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM and designing customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactivity and ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing automation and personalization tools is a plus
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus
What you will do:
- Develop and implement Growth Marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and acquisition channels.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
- Design and implement CRM journeys that engage and retain customers from acquisition to retention.
- Collaborate with sales team to align strategies and growth goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track the performance of marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Research and adopt new tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in digital marketing, growth hacking, and CRM.
