What You’ll Do
As a .Net Tech Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing software development projects using Microsoft’s .NET framework.
You will be working with client and need to co-ordinate from team in India, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design develop and test software applications. Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead and guide the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and mitigating technical impediments. Your innovative approach will contribute to infrastructure enhancements, performance optimization, and automation.
- You will serve as a resource for others, sharing knowledge on new technologies and design techniques. Additionally, you’ll enforce best practices, reduce duplicate processes, and review documentation.
- Additionally, you will participate in code reviews troubleshoot and debug issues and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Expected experience:
- Hands-on in .NET Core + Angular + Azure;
- Solid experience as a Developer or Engineer, besides technical expertise as leader.
