Your new challenges
You will be part of a small but excellent team of Network Specialists, System Engineers, Application Support Engineers and Allrounders.
We are responsible for the operation of the internal project platform and support our internal customers to develop their projects on a secure and stable infrastructure. Thereby it is not only important to maintain the operation but also to provide new virtualized networks and systems for the projects, which we make available in our internal data center. Together with the project-teams we are shaping the development environment for their projects to meet the security expectations of their customers.
What makes you
You are a creative maker with profound skills as a Network Engineer. Your experience in the operation and organization of software defined, virtualized and physical networks as well as a good understanding of network security will be of huge value for the whole team and our customers.
A higher educational degree in information technology or similar certifications demonstrates your knowledge in this area.

Must haves
- For you, complex network constructs are a well-accepted challenge and not a problem
- Working in a Team and sharing your knowledge is part of your DNA
- A deep understanding of security concepts with the ability to implement optimizations to existing concepts
- In-depth knowledge on Software Defined Network Environments
- Hands on experience in:
- Implementation, maintenance, and operation of
- complex Cisco Networks architectures
- software defined networks eg. Cisco ACI
- physical on prem network components
- Hybrid implementation of Network Solutions (VMware / Cisco)
- clustered Firewalls, Switches and VPN-Gateways
- fiber channel fabric interconnections for SAN or hyperconverged systems
- Perimeter Security Solutions (Palo Alto, F5, Ivanti, Squid-Proxy)
- Patch and Vulnerability Management of Network Components
- Implementation, maintenance, and operation of
- You are fluent in writing and speaking German and English
- You hold the Swiss citizenship or settlement permit B and fulfill the requirements to pass the personal security clearance PSP11 (erweiterte Personen Sicherheitsprüfung nach Artikel 11)
Beneficial skills
Knowledge and experience in the following areas would round up your profile
- Designing and implementation of
