Responsibilities:
Perform Advanced Service database commissioning.
Create a request for Change (RFC) for Any Level Network Changes.
Create a Service Request (SR) for equipment troubleshooting.
Execute High-Level Request for Change (RFC) in the Network.
Perform Network Service Migration.
Provide reports of technical activities.
Review Any Level Request for Change (RFC).
Perform Medium-Level Expansions on Network active NEs.
Support Testing and execute End-to-End (E2E) interface with Customers and R&D.
Upgrade Software Release on Network Elements (NEs).
