Job Summary:

As a PCP Clerk, your main role involves creating quotations, planning and scheduling repairs to meet customer specifications and deadlines. You will coordinate various departments, such as engineering, purchasing, sales and operations, to ensure that all customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

· Provide detailed quotations for repair of customer equipment.

· Determine delivery time for new stock.

· Verify customer orders such as price, delivery time, delivery and billing address and personal customer information.

· Communicate with internal and external customers to provide updates on order status and expedite requests.

· Request quotations and initiate purchase orders.

· Managing incoming and outgoing invoice control.

· Manage schedules with suppliers, including checking material delivery dates.

· Providing support for factory activities when necessary (receipt of goods, inspection, packing, delivery, etc.).

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Office systems, advanced Excel

· Ability to deal with complex contexts, and efficiency in planning and managing material stock.

· Knowledge of ICMS, IPI, ISS taxes (to review orders)

· Experience with industrial engineering.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Adaptable and flexible.

· Demonstrates initiative.

· Experience and/or training in a compatible area.
