Personnel Logistics Coordinator

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

In order to prepare and execute the personnel Mobilization & Demobilization, your contribution YOU ARE TO:

• Registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system
• Ensure a high level of service to travelers and manning agencies providing accurate information as coordinating the travel arrangements and logistic.
• Maintain updated in the system all necessary documents to embark
• Prepare list of embarks /disembarks in line with the operations team
• Provide reports to internal clients such as Payroll, FPSO, HR, etc..
• Act with mandatory shipping documents

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Advanced English.
• Previous experience with offshore logistics.
• Knowledge of registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system
• Knowledge of mandatory shipping documents
