At Honeywell, our performance materials and technologies division is committed to producing high-quality products and services for our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Plater Level 1 to join our team in Chonburi, Thailand. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality of production, focusing on assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plating area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Assigned Equipment: Control and operate plating machines to produce Heat spreader products, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement Participation: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, production, and quality, supporting the Honeywell Operating System.
- Maintenance and Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Data Recording and Analysis: Accurately record and report production data, analyzing and interpreting this data to make informed decisions for process improvements.
- Process Adjustments: Perform product changeovers and make necessary corrections to the plating process following written instructions and diagrams.
- Production Support: Track build volumes hourly to achieve targets, addressing any concerns related to plating machine operations and collaborating with co-functional teams to minimize downtime.
MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or plating role is preferred but not strictly necessary. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong potential and willingness to learn.

- Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plating environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with team members.
