Roles & Responsibilities: We have a very robust Portfolio Management product, and you will be part of the team involved in product development and client management. Deal with global Private Equity clients and understand their data collection process Provide product demos to the prospect and existing clients, and assist in new business wins Help the team in onboarding new clients, their historical data onto the platform Interact with the clients and understand their reporting requirements (such as the type of dashboards they would like to see based on the data that they have). Proactively propose ways of illustrating analytics/ key takeaways based on the data that is available Interact with our implementation partners and help them in getting clients onboarded Help incorporate feedback received from client into the platform and building additional enhancement features Understand the pain points that the clients have in their data collection process and ideate solution with the product team to introduce new features Train new members in the team to get up to speed on the features on the platform and processes Participate and contribute actively to the daily standup calls with the development team to understand the status of various developments and discuss test case results Coordinating with different teams to get right information on time and communicating on a constant basis with clients on the status of tasks Requirements: Post-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA & equivalent Prior experience in a leading Private Equity / Venture Capital firm is preferred Experience in other PE/ VC specific Portfolio Management software is preferred 3-4 years of experience in relevant financial services experience incl. Management Reporting or Operational Finance, preferably with some research experience Strong research and analytical skills, including critical thinking and the ability to integrate various sorts of data and information in the analysis Ability to work hands-on, delving into projects with a strong attention to detail and emphasis on producing a high-quality work product Experience working independently, proactively identifying or initiating ways to enhance a process, procedure or outcome that benefits the organization.
