Can you evaluate and negotiate with potential acquisition targets and potential investors?Top 5 Responsibilities:Collaborate with CEO/founder and executive team to set and drive organization vision and strategy.Lead McFadyen operations including sales, marketing, and global delivery across four continents.Drive growth of company revenue and EBITDA.Interface with potential investors and acquisition targets.Lead the implementation of processes (e.g. EOS L10) to enable further business scaling.Responsibilities:Partner with the CEO and executive team to define & execute near-, mid- and long-term strategic plans.Collaboratively drive sales, marketing, and project delivery strategies to accelerate business growth.Inspire and manage an amazing to team to excellence.Oversee all aspects of business operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare and present monthly updates and present to a board of advisors.Assist with researching our acquisition of small companies to grow our offerings.Create and implement business metrics for a client facing organization.Collaborate with CFO to develop and manage global annual budgets.Review and approve sales contracts.Accelerate our focus on increasing talent-density and TopGrading while maintaining a great culture.Review and approve customer and vendor contracts.Oversee and manage operational reporting such as utilization, realization, margins and other corporate KPIs.Manage existing processes and create new processes in all functional areas as needed.Analyze and make recommendations based on monthly operating performance.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications Experience leading teams delivering web technology solutions, ideally related to ecommerce or marketplace.At least 20 years of work experience, most in the technology industry (commercial preferred over government contracting).At least 5 years as a President, COO, CEO, SVP, EVP or similar leadership role for organizations with over 100 employees (ideally over 1,000 employees).Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, counsel, and train staff.Leadership experience in a multi-national professional services firm, ideally with offices in India, Brazil, and/or Europe.Experience engaging with M&A advisors and investors to assist in small acquisitions.A history of successfully scaling a technology business.Ability to be both strategic and tactical.
