YOUR ROLE

• Implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market competitiveness;
• Conduct through market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing decisions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies;
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance, recommending adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives;
• Support commercial policy design maximizing profitability (discounts, tax, and sales terms).

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred;
• 5+ years of experience in pricing management, as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities in a global operating business model;
• Fluent communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is a must;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling for large datasets in Excel and PowerBI.
• Desired experience working with SAP;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
