What you’ll achieve
As a PrincipalMoogsoft Engineer, you will be responsible fordeveloping and deploying correlation capabilities across Dell Digital .You will work with infrastructure and application teams to deploy Moogsoft as a central correlation platform in order to drive operational efficiencies across the entire Dell Digital landscape.
You will:
Design and develop data models to support process and data integration.
Use communication and process skills to understand monitoring alerts/tools to ingest into Event Correlation tool.
Maintain Moogsoft tool performance in accordance with performance testing baseline
Work closely with infrastructure and application stakeholders to enhance Moogosft and drive platform adoption
Design/implement new system interfaces as the deployment matures and grows

Essential Requirements
Solid experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging involving Multiple Monitoring Tools, Moogsoft and ServiceNow.
Experience implementing and administering Moogsoft toolset.
Proven experience in IT operations
Solid experience with industry leading observability solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace, DataDog etc.) to solve complex operational and performance issues.
Excellent experience leading large teams implementing cross functional observability solutions across application and infrastructure stacks and experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
Desirable Requirements
Proficient understanding of ITIL practices
Vast knowledge on software configuration management systems
