We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Process Excellence Engineer to join our team!
Purpose of the position
The purpose of the position is to be responsible for the Process Management Framework and supporting further development of Case Management in Salesforce.
The aim is to manage process documentation, identify areas for improvements and automation (RPA) and develop KPIs for the process efficiency monitoring (data analytics). The duties in this task includes also the participation on the development of a currently piloted solution in Salesforce for customer requests management, supporting solution owner.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for process documentation management - create, update and audit process documentation (work instructions and flowcharts, VSM)
- Supports Case Management project manager with operational activities and development of the solution in Salesforce.
- Conducts risk assessments and identifies critical steps and gaps in processes.
- Propose actions related to process waste elimination
- Optimize by proposing new process flows including RPA proposals and cooperation with RPA Specialist
- Assemble reports to document process status and KPI
- Supports operational teams with data analytics
- Communicate with several stakeholders including CSCs and PM
- Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
- Training teams or individuals in process
- Assess compliance with applicable safety and quality standards

What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Relevant and completed education in process development/ engineering/ quality Experience:
- Previous experience as process expert, consultant role or similar
- Successfully tracked development and implementation of the processes min. 5 years experience
- Lean/ Six Sigma Green Belt (preferable)
Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Project management and change management basics,
- A strong interest in developing existing and new processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and productivity including RPA
- Knowledge about lean management, proven with certificate (lean or six sigma)
- Ability to manage process documentation
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent cooperation skills, ability to work with different cultures, ability to work independently and in teams
