Job Purpose and Impact

The Process Standardization Specialist II will create, deploy and standardize food safety, quality and regulatory processes following best practices and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to understand the gaps and share best practices that are implemented while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement that will positively impact consumer and product safety, customer satisfaction and protect and enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Key Accountabilities


•    Lead projects regionally and promote continuous improvement of food safety quality and regulatory management systems.
•    Develop and deploy global business processes and tools in the region to standardize and align with best practices.
•    Manage the regional document system and information control processes to efficiently handle documents and records.
•    Provide support to all facilities during the implementation of regional and global process and procedures.
•    Design and deliver specific training for new procedures.
•    Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related field
•    Advanced English level 
•    Experience implementing and sustaining food safety, quality and regulatory management systems across multiple lines of business in diverse regulatory and legal environments.
•    Knowledge of regulatory requirements
•    Experience working with project portfolios
•    Experience working in an organization, leading large or complex projects across business and function collaborations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Experience with document management system implementation and process hierarchy.
•    Advanced or Intermediate Spanish level 
•    Agriculture or food business and market experience.
