s a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for the.
urchasing Strategy and Execution.
Plan and execute acquisitions in line with company policies and budgets, ranging from travel arrangements to various servicesEvaluation and Negotiation.
Analyze supplier options considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and regulatory compliance for purchasing decisionsAlignment and Collaboration.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure the accuracy of acquisitions according to each department's needsLegal Compliance.
Ensure suppliers comply with labor, environmental, and safety lawsRelationship Management.
Maintain strong ties with suppliers, assess performance, and ensure qualityBudget and Compliance.
Manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and policiesEvaluation and Reporting.
Assess supplier performance, provide support in purchases, and prepare detailed reportsInformation Management.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase-related informationDevelopment and Monitoring.
Develop key performance indicators, monitor goal fulfillment, and propose improvementsRequirementsEducational background in administration, tourism, logistics, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of proven experience in purchasing airfare, accommodations, event services, HR services, IT, and MarketingSolid knowledge of travel reservations, booking systems, corporate travel/purchasing policies, and procurement systemsAdvanced skills in organization, planning, and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdvanced English proficiencyProficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similarAbility to handle confidential information and maintain confidentialitySkills in planning and budgetingExcellent negotiation skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essentialBenefitsThe benefits of joining Kokku.
