Procurement Executive, Operation Centre (12 months contract) Job

Mission Details

•    Manages procurement activities of industrial categories (eg. Static, Rotating, Maintenance)
•    Manages the Sourcing to Pay activities for industrial purchases; qualification of vendors, RFQ management, negotiation, commercial validation, contract award, expediting, payment
•    Identify and drive initiatives to optimize cost and increase automation
•    Adheres to compliant procurement policies and processes
•    Facilitate necessary training sessions on GASP core process within GASP and with relevant departments
•    Execution of PR to Pay process in ERP; Coordination with Shared Service Centre, vendors etc., promote auto-payment process.
•    Monthly KPI reporting for the Entity
•    Ad-hoc admininstrative tasks for the GASP team

Required Profile

• 5 – 8 years’ experience in procurement function preferred
• Experience in SAP setting project preferred
• Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, open mind, team player, willing to offer help
• Good English both in oral and written
