The role reports to the Category Manager and is located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Your responsibilities

  • Support teams to track suppliers’ progress in our ambitious Greenhouse Gas Reduction Initiative
  • Support the team to bring supplier risk management to a new level by researching and suggesting innovative tools and methods
  • Create meaningful data visualization using MS Excel and PowerBI to support leadership in decision making
  • Support in analyzing as-is processes, developing a future-state and driving implementation actions
  • Support the Supplier Quality team for any vendor issues and resolutions
  • Support the Supplier Quality team to reduce DPPM and NCRs from key suppliers
  • Learn new tools and methods through structured trainings and on-the job application. Typical tools and methods are PowerBI, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and EcoVadis Sustainability Practitioner
  • Mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions

Your background

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US
  • Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
