As a member of the Product Operations team, you will have the chance to lead the Brazilian product features ideation and implementation process related to local user experience from the beginning to the end.

You will be talking to all core business and support areas of Brazilian Operation about insights, analyses, user experience, and product feature ideas. You will also work with the Product and the Research & Development teams in China to define the user journey, breakdown business pain points, idealize feature details, and finally implement great features to impact millions of passengers and drivers of 99 Apps!

  • Extract insights from surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and all other possible channels to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses and validations to estimate the feature impact so that your idea can be prioritized and implemented!
  • Follow closely the development process and identify the key milestones and risks so that they can be aligned between the main stakeholders.
  • Manage the feature testing and launching process with the product and local teams, understand the impact and risks of each feature, and align them with the teams involved.
  • Develop trustful relationships with all company stakeholders, including Chinese product teams, Brazilian Operations, Growth & Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Anti Fraud, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Have empathy for the users and be passionate about using the product to solve their pain points and improve their experience.
  • Have strong analytical skills, are able to use data to support your arguments. Be able to map and identify, measure, and be able to present the potential gain and impact of product improvements of features.
  • Have an ownership mindset to be the person responsible for all the initiatives under your scope.
  • Have excellent communication and influential skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable with quantitative analysis and fluent in Excel and Google suite.
  • Being able to communicate with English is mandatory! (Constant interactions with English-speaking teams in Brazil and China).
  • Having SQL, A/B Testing, and design-thinking process knowledge will be the differential for your success!
