Main responsabilities:

  • Manage and prepare the BUDGET and FORECAST of production lines in relation to all performance indicators (production cycles, consumption of raw materials and packaging, disposal, etc.);
  • Carry out monthly closings, ensuring that all production orders have consumption correctly indicated and prepare files/presentations to conduct meetings to discuss results;
  • Ensure the accuracy of production cycles in accordance with real performances and prepare cycles for new products/projects and analyzes of new investments, including reviewing efficiency, line capacity, adaptations and operational viability;
  • Manage the OEE indicator, analyzing the main deviations and supporting the team in the evolution of this KPI;
  • Work on innovation actions/Group projects (Infinite Loop, Smart Factory, among others) carrying out benchmarks with other production plants;
  • Be the main pillar of group projects related to improving plant performance and implementing new production management systems and monitoring indicators;
  • Actively participate in daily production meetings together with those responsible for Operation, Maintenance, Quality, Technology, among others and be their link with the Industrial Controllership area;
  • Monitor and analyze industrial production KPIs and assist the team in dealing with deviations through an action plan;
  • Supervise the launches and expenses of Industrial Trials;
  • Manage plant destructions seeking to reduce the impact of this indicator on the factory's results;
  • Participate in meetings and conduct projects proposed by the professional family (Plants Performance Development);
  • Work together with Controllership as a way to integrate production efficiency data and project costs;
  • Based on the data obtained, seek to identify optimization opportunities and share/implement (when possible) with the production areas.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree’s in Engineering or Administration;
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge in SAP will be considered an advantage;
  • Previous experience with Productive Performance will be considered an advantage;
  • Skills in interpersonal communication and experience in a production area.
