The Role & Team:
Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting journey to build a leading-edge Project Management Office (PMO). We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to oversee and manage processes for Infovista’s global projects. We are building a PMO team for the Professional Services – Service Operations division with the goal of elevating project delivery to the next level. This is a change to shape the culture of Project Management at Infovista and leave a lasting impact.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the planning, writing and implementation of Project Management processes.
Develop and refine PMO policies to enhance project delivery and effectiveness.
Work closely with the PMO Lead and project managers to ensure that we create a sustainable, efficient and robust system.
Cross-functional collaboration.
Perform periodic and ad-hoc project reviews to ensure that all projects adhere to company standards.
Supporting the PMs with the definition of the project scope, goals, and deliverables, as part of the project mobilization period.
Support the PM with the creation of the project plans.
Support PM with managing the project budgets and resources.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
Ensure successful project delivery and meet project goals.
Establish and maintain Project Management methodologies and standards.
Provide guidance and support to project managers and project teams.
Develop and manage Project Management tools and templates.
Monitor and report on the performance of projects within the organization.
Ensure alignment between projects and organizational goals.
Implement and maintain Project Management software and systems.
Conduct project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Project Management processes.
Profile:
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Can work autonomously with minimal supervision. Pro-active team player with a can-do attitude. Ability to view the bigger picture.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Management either as a project manager, project coordinator or as a Project Management Officer in an international environment.
Strong understanding of PMI standards is essential. CAPM certification is highly desirable(PMP is a plus).
At least a foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and/or technology implementations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Proficiency in English.
