Project Manager

To possess in-depth knowledge of Project Management Methodology and be capable of communicating its best practices to the teams. This requires the mentors to make teams understand why they're being asked to do something, the Project Management Lead must justify the task and explain why it's relevant to the team.
• Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Defining the programme governance and arrangements
• Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the individual projects
• Understanding and practicing agility; Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Insight into identifying solutions and managing successful implementation.
• Good knowledge of programme and project management methods including, PMP, Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2
• Work closely with support functions including procurement, accounting, finance, PTP, Logistics and to define end to end responsibilities.
• Ensuring that transformation goals, scope is understood by everyone in the team.
