The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – BUR (Business Unit Readiness) Lead to spearhead large, complex projects and programs within our dynamic environment. This role is integral to leading multiple workstreams, ensuring meticulous project management, and driving success across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee comprehensive project/program plans across various workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including timeline, scope, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver regular status updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Establish and maintain strong governance framework to ensure project compliance and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Lead Operational Readiness Assessment & Planning to identify gaps (process, procedures, workflows, trainings, employee readiness), develop and manage comprehensive readiness plan to get Business Unit ready for transition.
- Plan Model Office Testing & Post Implementation Support: validate that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date; oversee smooth transition to BAU after the go-live.
- Mentor and guide team members, cultivating high-performance project management culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects or programs with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Previous experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
