EndereçoAs a Purchasing coordinator youe main purpose will be the responsible for procurement category of Capex management Main responsibilities : Category strategy (Supplier landscape, sustainalibity, BCP, etc) Category view (align with global Category leaders in McCain global view) Market screening (Market sizing, alternative sourcings, top Suppliers, innovation, etc) Sourcing strategy (Contracting model definition, pricing model, etc) Contract management (Contract length definition, commercial & payment terms, volumes, commitments, etc) Stakeholder management (needs, priorities, constraints, concerns, etc) Supplier relationship management SRM (QBRs, OTIF, Scorecard, action plans, meetings, etc) Lead productivity projects (SCA initiatives) engaging other corelated areas like Finance, Supply and PMO Job Requirements : Written and spoken fluency in English.
Written and spoken advanced level in Spanish. Knowledge in advanced Capex negotiation technic (EPC, EPCM, DBB, Turnkey, etc) & Strategic sourcing methodology Experienced in working cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Legal, PMO) Strong understanding of international business rules and Brazilian importation requirements for Materials and Services Vast background on Local and international Supplier development (diligence, references, financial analysis, etc) Deep understanding of NPV, payback, TCO, make-or-buy and depreciation analysis.
Previous experience negotiating large Capex projects (USD 100K +) Strong knowledge of Equipment, parts and services (installation, repair, maintenance, etc) Supplier landscape Would be a Plus : Business accounting notions.
Knowledge in taxes benefits, INCOTERMS and freight forwarding. Experience in SAP and Coupa systems and strong ability in Excel.
Previous experience in Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Soft skills : Collaborative and Team player. Self-motivated and hands on profile.
Multi-task management ability (stakeholders, projects, business change, etc) Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with different hierarchical levels.
