Then we believe that you could be our new Receptionist/Host(ess)!

As a dynamic, driven and experienced Receptionist/Host(ess) you emit a great deal of positive energy that transmits in everything you do. You are solution-oriented and act quickly when the situation demands it or when plans change. You are service-minded and proactive, always asking your colleagues and guests if there is something you can help them with before they even ask. The position is time limited from April 2024 until end of March 2025.
As our Receptionist/Host(ess) you will be our face to the world. You greet your colleagues in the morning, provide a high level of service to both our clients and visitors, and love to keep your reception and the surroundings organized and tidy, yet with a warm and welcoming touch. You will be part of the reception team and work closely together with our other receptionist, why you are a team player with great collaboration skills!

Your responsibilities will, among other tasks, include:  

  • Welcoming colleagues and visitors to the BCG in Copenhagen office
  • Visitor registration and issuing access badges
  • Operating the switchboard during office hours
  • Office tour and introduction towards new hires

Reception & Office Services
To succeed in your new job, you radiate positive energy in everything you do; from meeting and greeting our visitors to tackling unforeseen situations. You feel confident suggesting new initiatives and thinking outside the box to exceed expectations. You take pride in providing excellent service and having a well-structured workspace. Furthermore, it is important that you:

  • communicate efficiently with both internal and external parties  
  • are proactive, looking ahead at what needs to be done on all dimensions within the reception
  • can handle confidential material and information appropriately and with degree of high integrity 

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working in an international environment. You know your way around the MS office package and can communicate professionally in English. Above all, you are professional and have a positive attitude. You have the organizational skills to make all the behind-the-scenes magic happen and come up with creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.  


YOU'LL WORK WITH


Our Operations Team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of Executive and Management Assistants, Receptionists, Facilities Staff, and a Business Services Manager, who leads the entire Operations Team.
