As our first hire in Brazil, you will be in charge of developing new accounts and managing the recruitment process from end to end. Who we are looking for Extensive experience working as a Recruitment Consultant in Brazil (As an agency recruiter, not TA) Passionate about working with Tech start-ups, Venture Capital firms, and Private Equity firms Outgoing personality and self-discipline Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset Strong track records developing new accounts from scratch Experienced facing clients, customers, and external shareholders Native-level Portuguese language skills and business-level English skills Someone who has the confidence to build Spotted Brazil office from scratch Feel free to reach out if you would like to be a part of a successful recruiting team.
