The On Premise Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing sales, distribution, and execution data systems across Latin America. This position ensures that the On Premise Analysts in each country maintain standards for accurate data entry. By providing leadership and guidance, the On Premise Sales Specialist leverages this data to provide insightful analysis, driving informed decision-making and business development strategies. Additionally, this role also serves as a key point of contact for Latin America’s National On Premise Managers and liaises with Headquarters to facilitate effective communication and coordination of initiatives.

Provide guidance to On Premise Analysts in each country to ensure consistent and accurate data input.
Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of On Premise Analysts.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment among On Premise Analysts.Oversee the collection and analysis of sales, distribution, and execution data across Latin America.
Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through regular audits and quality control measures.Manage and maintain the integrity of sales, distribution, and execution data systems across Latin America.
Ensure the proper functioning of systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Knowledge of On Premise sales channels is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in English and in the native language (Spanish or Portuguese), and knowledge of the other language (Spanish or Portuguese) is advantageous.
