Job Description The Role We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Renewal Manager who is capable of taking low value, high value customers on a significant pricing increase journey over the coming years. As a Renewal Manager for our Hardwood Market Report’s customer-base, you will be accountable for delivery in the following areas Principal Accountabilities Taking our newly acquired HMR customer-base on a significant pricing journey to ensure the order value is reflective of the worth of our data Effectively positioning the new ratecard to help customers understand and accept the price-lift Fully understand and appreciate the value of our products to effectively objection handling & demonstrating the value of our prices, news & analytics Fully utilising Salesforce for effective pipeline management, forecasting, activity logging and performance metric tracking Taking ownership of your own personal development to constantly learn, develop and contribute to the wider team’s development, utilizing the resources available Continually seeking to improve your knowledge of Fastmarkets products and the industries you serve. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly. Experience in taking customers on significant price-increase journeys A background managing and sustainably growing a high-volume book of business Clear effective communicator, both verbally and in writing Strong track-record in using a CRM and data to improve sales experience Proven ability to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management SaaS experience required, experience in the commodities markets would be advantageous Comfortable working in a global matrix organisation Commercially astute Fluent English essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal communications skills Strong organisational skills Results-driven If you're excited about the role but your experience, skills or qualifications don't perfectly align, we encourage you to apply anyway.
