Optimize the resort's revenue and profitability, understand the metrics of the hotel enterprise, through the analysis and control of historical profitability of demand and results to support strategic decision-making.
PREREQUISITES
Education:
Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Commercial Management.
Languages:
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Other Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge in Revenue Management Systems, familiarity with the CmNet-TOTVS System, ability to understand Dashboards;
· Office Microsoft Suite;
· Availability to Travel outside your home country. We have units in Brazil – Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal – Madeira Island.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize sales performance in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
· Analyze market data, trends, and competition to adjust rates and packages.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.
· Utilize REVENUE MANAGEMENT systems to monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
· Provide guidance to the commercial team, offering insights into decision-making, strategies, and market trends, encouraging the team to recognize the need for change.
· Conduct monitoring analysis of promotions and pick-up, fluctuations, and reporting.
