Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Team Manager to lead our revenue-generating operations. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize all revenue streams, ensuring consistent growth and performance against sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize revenue across all channels. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Revenue Team. Set clear team goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, managing key customer relationships and participating in contract negotiations.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify and exploit new revenue opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and discovering new market segments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data to track performance, analyze customer behavior, and forecast revenue trends. Report regularly to senior management on revenue activities and achievements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on company-wide revenue goals and initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the Revenue Team's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of proven experience in revenue management, sales, or a similar role, specifically in B2B SaaS.
- 2 years of experience or more leading a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in HubSpot software and LinkedIn.
