- Overall contracts administration activities ( contracts deconstruct, contract kick-off meeting, routine notices, claims, variation orders and amendments, liaison with stakeholders)
- Advisory role (counselling to project team, assessment of rights, obligations, risk and disputes, highlight major commercial and contractual risks, support resolving commercial disputes and settlements
- Recordkeeping (securely archive all formal correspondence and contractual documentation)
- Risk Management (contract related issues)
- Support Construction Bid Management on new business opportunities
- Support Construction Bid Management and Procurement on TCI Agreements
- Support project team with project related claims
- Insurances polices and warranty bonds documentation check (w/ external expert support) and record of documentation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Law, Engineer, Administration or other similar
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Experiencie with energy
- Experiencie with Contract Management
