SAFETY INFORMATION MANAGER (Cyber Program)
The Cyber Strategy and Framework Lead will be responsible for shaping and improving our cybersecurity strategy and governance initiatives. They will lead cybersecurity process improvement initiatives, create presentations and communication materials for leadership, document maturity roadmaps, and support departmental financial planning and reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of broad-based cybersecurity concepts, excellent organization and planning skills, creativity in communicating complex messages in simple terms, and the ability to think strategically.
This position reports into Director, Cyber Risk Governance and is based at Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

What You Will Do
The Cyber Strategy and Framework Lead is responsible for key program-related initiatives in our Cyber Risk Management pillar, including strategy / roadmaps, budgets, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of our security operations
- Develop and document cybersecurity maturity roadmaps, outlining key objectives and milestones
- Create presentations and communication materials for executive leadership to effectively communicate cybersecurity risks, threats, and opportunities
- Support departmental financial planning and reporting, ensuring cybersecurity budgets are accurately forecasted and managed
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our cybersecurity governance framework, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the overall security posture
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risk, and to ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure buy-in and alignment on cybersecurity strategy and governance initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent by experience
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on strategy and governance
- Strong understanding of broad-based cybersecurity concepts, including risk management and NIST Cybersecurity Framework and controls
- Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Creativity in communicating complex messages in simple terms and building presentations for an executive audience
- Strong writing skills, with experience writing process documentation and creating reports
- Ability to think strategically and analyze complex information to make informed decisions
- Keen interest in cybersecurity strategy and governance
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
