Smith & Associates is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Brazil office. Once you join this team, you will become acquainted with our core values that define Smith. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide support to key accounts and customers by setting up new customers and creating/entering new purchase orders. Work alongside various teams such as the purchasing team for sourcing and pricing, the sales team for reporting and the operations team for shipping. Validate and update Smith’s internal CRM system. Conduct market industry research. Support the office with ad-hoc analyses and reports. REQUIREMENTS At least one year of experience in the semiconductor/electronic component industry Bachelors in international trade, business administration or a related field Fluent in English (both conversational and written) – Spanish would be a plus This is a fully in office position located at Rua Arquiteto Olavo Redig de Campos, 105 Torre, B - 24º Andar Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo - SP, 04711-905
