We are now looking for Application Engineer to our team that can be a part of driving and develop our business growth, create new solutions for application and work on new products. The mission & context:

Coach and continuously support coworkers, OEMs and Delaers with current engine portfolio application
Develop technical solutions to increase our market penetration
Lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the team to improve deliveries and increase sales
Secure that the team is offering the best on our products
Propose solution for product improvement and new product development.

Wanted profile: In this role you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have a true can do attitude, a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your team & products, understanding how these contribute to the our vision, strategy & roadmap.
We believe this is a position for a person that has the ability to work under demanding conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations. As a person, you have a broad technical know-how combined with very good people skills and a strong belief in agile methods. The main responsibilities are:

Support engine application in automotive and machinery application
Participate in relevant concept selections & investigations.
Responsible for high quality deliveries, maximizing our product characteristics in OEMs projects.
Ensuring proper use of application tools and certification
Take accountability of Innovation activities for the entire product
Participate and contribute in retrospective meetings, to improve process for coming applications
Coach team members in the daily activities and secure necessary pre-requisites for a successful execution of responsibilities
Secure knowledge sharing regarding technical data and product issues in field
Support in developing processes, methods, tools and standards related to product specification,
Take an active role in moving product sales to a

Requirements & qualifications:

Master / Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanic, Electric or similar)
Solid experience of diesel engine
Fluent English; Spanish is a differentiator
Be business and customer oriented
