Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Management of the existing customer portfolio ensuring the highest level of service to create customer loyalty; Development of new customers based on potential evaluation; Drive business growth creating a robust and very active mid & long-term pipeline in synergy with application engineer team; Share opportunities with peers on a Monthly base; Provide solutions to end users, promote product launches and product lead times; Ensure analyses and problem solving in time with the support of Customer Service Center; Create networking with end users and OEM customers key decision makers at all levels as well on market stakeholders to understand market needs and create value selling; Active to the market trends and project pipeline; Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Engineer or technician with technical background or any business related degree; Post-graduation in administration or marketing is desirable; Solid knowledge in commercial refrigeration in the Food Retail segment; Knowledge in System Management, gateways, pack controllers, communication protocols and monitoring systems for commercial refrigeration is desirable; 5 years or more experience in Food Retail business, dealing with designers, installers, OEM and end users; Experience with opportunity management for project sales; Ability to work in a matrix environment dealing with different products type on sale opportunity; Experience with Value Selling and Spin Selling approach; Proficient level of English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable; Knowledge to use MS Office package and Sales Force (CRM);
