DESCRIPTION: Do you want to build something new, work on complex and dynamic environment and drive scalable recruitment in our marketplace? This position is based in Sao Paulo. We are looking for a talented Program Manager to scale our Selling Partner Recruitment channel by supporting the new sales channel in Brazil and improving productivity of the existing SSR sales channels in Mexico and Brazil. The Sales Ops Analyst will be part of the Sales Operations and will define strategies, goals and input metrics of selling partner recruitment channels. The person also will take a hands-on approach to implement those strategies, ensuring we achieve the proposed plan and scale the new sales channel in Brazil (Amazon Mentor and Mass). The role has a strong business component, with ownership of sales metrics and revenues achieved by Partners and Selling Partners that joined Amazon Marketplace through our sales channels. The candidate must demonstrated ownership and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local Sales teams. The individual should have experience in sales processes and tools, and excelling at building trust and driving urgency across other the organization. The scope is cross-functionally and culturally, working with both Mexico and Brazil Sales teams. Key job responsibilities - Dive deep with SQL and Excel to analyze large sets of data, distilled into recommendations and insights to improve SSR Sales performance. You will also update reporting in weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles. - Optimize the CRM and lead assignment system to ensure there is clear and effective communication between Sales channels, and to improve and automate funnel movements, addressing challenges with adoption, non-consistency and eliminating manual sales intervention. - Improve prioritization models and overall operating models for the sales programs, defining best practices, SOPs, internal processes, and training materials. - Be a passionate expert on helping our new Sellers to achieve success at Amazon. You will dive deep into data and anecdotes to understand the root causes of friction and the value we can deliver by eliminating them. About the team The SSR Sales Operations plans the strategy for the existing SSR sales teams (RNL and SSR-A), defining policies, structure and targets, driving key inputs and setting corrective actions to deliver the SSR goals (e.g. Seller launches, FBA, GMS). Also, the team seeks to enable the SSR Sales to operate effectively and improve productivity by providing tools for daily operation and organizing processes to streamline manual tasks.
