Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing? Position Overview: As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing efforts and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for executing outbound marketing campaigns, managing inbound emails, invoicing customers, and delivering top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Support marketing efforts by creating and executing outbound campaigns to reach new customers. Manage inbound emails from customers and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Maintain a problem-solving attitude in all situations, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently. Invoice customers and review accounts receivable on a weekly basis (after 90 days in the role). Provide exceptional support to all customers, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in customer service. Requirements: Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Experience in the aviation/airport industry preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Outlook (required), Excel (required), and other relevant software tools (preferred). Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and relationships with customers. High energy and positive attitude, with a commitment to practicing extreme ownership.
