Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of demonstrable expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in roles, permissions, permission sets, and a proven ability to create automations using Salesforce Flow. As a key contributor to our project delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients Salesforce platform, ensuring robust security measures, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend and gather business requirements.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions with a specific focus on building automations using Salesforce Flow to meet project objectives and enhance user experience.
- Implement and maintain security settings, user profiles, and access controls in adherence to best practices.
- Lead data management initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness across the Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures within the Salesforce environment.
- Leverage Salesforce Flow to create efficient and effective automations that streamline processes and enhance overall system functionality.
- Develop and enforce validation rules to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities, particularly in the realm of automation through Flow.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with 3rd party integrations.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Comfortable using a task management software (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, etc).
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being client-facing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to create estimates based on requirements.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, with a thirst for knowledge.
- Willing to skill up, take on new clouds, and learn new skills.

- Experience with CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce Maps.

Required Certifications:
