In the Cloud Renewals Center, our people and our culture are central to our success! The Cloud Renewals Specialist (CRS) demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to support the high volume of auto-renewal transactions globally for the Buying Centers supported by the Renewal Center. What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Renewals Specialist
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
In this role, you’ll:
- Monitor the Team Mailboxes for incoming termination and retraction requests from the Customer Experience & Sales Organizations.
- Coordinate with your team members regarding processing termination requests filled through the internal mailboxes.
- Process terminations against the correctly affected orders listed in Cloud Reporting.
- Verify the details of these orders to verify that they match the details of a termination request.
- Determine whether a request required additional approvals.
- Communicate with the original requestor if details are missing from their request.
- Follow established processes and checklists while providing insights and feedback for improvements.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently studying Business Administration, or related areas
- Experience in a customer service, sales, account management or equivalent role is preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and build rapport and relationships.
- Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems (ie. CRM, Harmony Quote, Cloud Reporting, Contract Management System, etc.)
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
