Job Description
- Lead and execute system enhancements and projects for SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including configuration and business processes and their integrations.
- Liaise with the HR team globally to provide technical solutions. Analyze business workflows to meet business needs.
- Assess business needs using a structured requirements process (gathering, analysis, documentation and change management) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks / costs versus benefits.
Support / Participate in formal project status reporting.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Provide alerts / communications to inform and educate supported HR clients and senior HR leadership teams.
- Maintain relationships and lead meetings with key business partners to ensure visibility and partnership for problem solving, improvements and projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams in application selection, design considerations, evaluation criteria, due diligence requirements, proofs of concept and any other related software technology selection and adoption techniques.
Identify / communicate how HRIS technology solutions can support business areas.
Support numerous highly complex business processes, requiring the design or integration of technical solutions that may span multiple business functions.
You are meant for this job if :
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas;
- Fluent English
- Experience configuring and / or implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Compensation Management) and SAP ECC HCM.
- Experience in leading global HR systems implementation projects (SAP ECC and SuccessFactors)
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, compulsory Employee Central module and desirable Recruitment, Onboarding and / or Remuneration modules.
- Experience in SAP ECC HCM PA, OM and Time.
