What you’ll be doing:

• Client Facing. Handling client request that come through.

• Researching and reporting money movements

• Maintain current fee events

• Ensures all held securities are accurately valued daily.
• Monitors e-mail for directions applicable to processing on desk.
• Responds to client concerns timely and accurately.
• Reviews operational controls and procedures for adequacy and compliance.
• Assists other team members in the completion of their responsibilities and assists with any other ad hoc requests as needed.
• Reviews, assesses, and updates procedures to ensure that all current processes surrounding new account setup and broker of record assignment are properly documented.

• Participates with other team members in reviewing and assessing current practices and procedures.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• The ability to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within Securities Operations

• Ability to read and interpret documents such account statements, trust documents and transfer forms.

• Knowledge of banking principles, operations and processes

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral or diagram form and the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Detail-oriented and focused on providing the highest quality products and services to FIS internal and external clients
