Media.Monks is looking for a dynamic individual who really gets the advertising game, has killer analytical skills, and gets a kick out of boosting business growth through smart marketing moves. As our Retail Media Strategist, you'll dive into retail marketing trends, snoop around competitive brands and tech, and cook up some seriously savvy recommendations to help our e-commerce clients hit their goals.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate when crafting engaging retail strategies.
  • Spot opportunities within wider creative ideas.
  • Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.
  • You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients grow their businesses in Mercado Libre ecosystem and understand/custom their 1st party data audiences within Mercado Libre platform.

Experience you already have:

  • A social native, active across a multitude of platforms.
  • Demonstrate passion for socially-led creative thinking.
  • 2+ years of proven work experience in retail strategy.
  • Experience working on brave, innovative brands, looking to push cultural boundaries.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community.
  • A great team player.

The Retail Media Strategist will be instrumental in ensuring the brand's presence is impactful, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals across all social media platforms, fostering engagement and growth in the digital space.
