EndereçoAs a Senior Advanced Cyber Security Architect here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Advanced Cyber Security projects. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth integration of new initiatives. You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager and you'll work out of our Gdansk, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support project team members
• Oversee the execution of Advanced Cybersecurity initiatives and projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address security requirements
• Lead the response to security incidents promptly and decisively
• Contribute to the creation of security awareness materials for the organization
YOU MUST HAVE
• 8+ years of experience in IT security, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
• Comprehensive knowledge of Advanced Cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practices
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced security environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
WE VALUE
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing Advanced Cybersecurity strategies
• Experience with advanced security audits and compliance assessments
• A history of advanced crisis management and incident response experience
• Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations
