Senior Advanced Cyber Security Engineer

This role directly reports to the Enterprise Operations Manager and operates as part of a global operations services team. The candidate should have strong customer service skills, maintain close relationships with other departments, and be capable of configuring and maintaining the business's underlying hardware and software components.
Key responsibilities
- Assume a proactive leadership role in assigned projects ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Interface directly with the customer focal points to ensure they are well-informed and that their specific expectations and requirements are understood and managed.
- Track and report on results contributing to the KPI Balanced Scorecard. Analyze these results to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
- Oversee remote and site works change management (including services project work, system upgrades, refreshes, and updates) to ensure that approved processes have been followed and successful outcomes achieved.
- Manage effective and efficient scope delivery within budgeted cost allowances and identify scope growth opportunities.
- Ensure that the Project Execution Plan and Program Monthly Reports are delivered promptly.
Key skills and qualifications
- 10+ years of customer delivery in services &/or project environment and automation and process controls
- 7+ years experience in industrial automation networking
- 5+ years working with IT Cyber Security or Managed Security Services
- 3+ years Industrial Networking and leading customer-facing IT / Cyber Security projects and/or programs.
