As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the overall implementation of productivity, capacity and capability improvement projects within the manufacturing Valves plants globally, especially for Masoneilan product line.
- People Leadership - Lead and Develop other Manufacturing Engineers located at the different global sites
- Driving key Supply Chain initiatives and business objectives around HSE, On-Time Delivery, overdue backlog reduction, Material availability, Inventory and overall cash and cost optimization, logistics, manufacturing cost, lead time reduction, labor, and machine utilization
- Supporting overall make and buy strategies within the Valves sites
- Leading manufacturing lead time reduction initiatives by leveraging LPID, make/buy and configuration management efforts
- Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the Supply Chain team
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Having strong experience in Welding related to Manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership capability within a matrix organization
- Have significant experience in Leadership roles
- Have compelling oral, written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success working with Global teams
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Have strong influencing skills.
