We are looking for a Senior Commercial Planning Analyst who will play an influential role in the Sales Planning team to provide commercial and analytical support to help achieve business objectives. We are looking for someone with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple commercial teams to drive operational efficiency and optimization by centralizing commercial back-office activities. Your ‘day to day’: As a Senior Commercial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible to: • Ensure the regional process related to the target’s drill-down and validation, commercial KPIs monitoring, and back-office activities; • Deliver accurate and timely commercial reports and presentations to all stakeholders to deliver business performance; • Forecast/Target revision aligned with planning processes and calendar; • Channels and product mix performance monitoring; • Develop analytics that connects commercial, operational, and sales data to help our business make better business decisions; • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace to streamline processes/reports and enhance efficiency; • Analyse stakeholders' needs, ideate and contribute to the development of business cases for upcoming project opportunities; • Engage in stakeholder impact assessments and challenge requirements when not viable; • Foster strong relationships across various business units and stakeholders, promoting visibility and accountability; • Team management and development; We’re looking for someone who has: • Graduation in Business Administration, Engineering and Marketing; • Experience with sales planning, commercial back office or related areas; • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint); • Experience with PowerBI; • Experience with team management and development; • Intermediate English knowledge; • Experience with Data Analysis, and commercial reports generation; • Availability to work in a Hybrid model (onsite 2 times a week) from Monday to Friday and at least 1 Saturday per month, during business hours. • Residing in São Paulo/SP or nearby cities with easy access to the Vila Olímpia/SP area What will make you stand out? • Experience with Nielsen and Ibope market data; • Advanced knowledge in PowerBI; • Advanced data and statistical analysis skills; • Routine automation (VBA Excel or python) • Fluency in English; Desired behavioral skills • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; • Strong analytical skills; • Fast learning capabilities, cooperative approach, and curiosity; • Proactive, customer and problem-solving attitude; • Organizational agility and time management; Our new vision means we’re restructuring the Commercial Backoffice Team to ensure right focus and resource prioritization aligned with strategic objectives and integrated data management.
