What you’ll do
As a member of our newly founded Data Warehouse development team in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil, you will be working in a global environment on the design, coding, testing and quality assurance of topics like e.g. BW Move, SAP DataSphere Integration, Hybrid Scenarios and BW/HANA. For the SAP DataSphere product this means that we provide an excellent integration between SAP DataSphere and BW/4HANA and work on a smooth path for customers how they can move more and more workload into the cloud without losing their massive investment into the BW and ABAP stack.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
• Proven experience in all aspects of software development (like design, architecture, object-oriented programming)
• Experience with ABAP OO
• Analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems
• Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processes
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse
• Database knowledge with SAP HANA is a plus
• We are looking for candidates with excellent work experience in software development

The SAP Business Data Warehouse success story is forming a 20000+ customer base. On the way to the cloud, it is essential to safeguard these customers’ investments plus providing the opportunity to consume bleeding edge technology in SAP’s native cloud solution SAP DataSphere. Therefore, the BW move initiative has been founded to make this endeavor a reality.
We are looking for a new colleague who can strengthen our new development team in the SAP BW/4HANA Data Warehousing area in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil.
