We are looking for a motivated Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician focused on working with excellence and safety to be part of our team! The Senior Technician will be part of the Electrical Maintenance team of power plant in Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE, Brazil and will report to Maintenance Supervisor.
Main responsabilities:
• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on the plant's machines and equipment
• Identify needs for repairs or replacement of parts, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the equipment;
• Carry out emergency repairs on compressors and generators, identifying the need to change parts and their control systems, ensuring their functionality;
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, describing the scope of services performed and informing about possible variables identified;
• Perform services related to office building maintenance, such as laying cables, lighting, small repairs to electrical distribution boards;
• Take care of the tools and equipment under your responsibility, as well as clean, organize and sanitize the areas involved in the process.
Requirements:
• Complete Technical Electrical Course
• Experience in Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)
• Experience in electric circuits
• Experience in Instrumentation
• Experience in Pressure transmitters, PT100, Thermocouples, Speed Sensors, Transducers, etc.
• Knowledge in frequency inverters and supervisors
• Expertise in maintenance of electrical components
• Expertise in Small and medium-sized electric motors
• Basic English
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines on Quality, Environment and Safety
