WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
RIMOWA has a unique opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join the team in São Paulo. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the financial planning, internal control, and accounting operations of the company. This role reports to Brazil's Country Manager and the Americas Finance Director.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing all aspects of financial statements reporting during monthly tight deadlines
- Ensuring financial goals and objectives are met and communicated every month.
- Managing the planning and forecasting cycle, with budget roll forward analysis.
- Monitor all insurance, tax, treasury, and inventory control related matters.
- Processes, financial KPIs and controls review and improvement.
- Advise operational leaders regarding the impact of any decisions on overall financials.
- Conduct internal audits and retail operation controls and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate accounting and government regulations.
- Consistently analyzes financial data to propose productivity optimization for the company.
- Clearly communicates monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements; monitors progress and changes while keeping senior management abreast of the company's financial status.
- Ensures appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands by managing the company's reporting, cash flow projections, and balance sheet items.
- Produce monthly reports, including but not limited to KPI, financial results, and variance analysis.
- Monitors accounting audits (external) and aids in clarifying doubts.
- Review, implement, and test Internal Controls requirements.
- Review financial-related contracts with the legal department.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
PROFILE:
We want to speak to professionals with a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, client-serviced oriented culture where multi-tasking and hands-on collaboration and communication are critical to success.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proven working experience in a financial controller / finance business partner role.
- Strong business acumen, ideally in a retail environment
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
Hybrid position in São Paulo, Capital.
